Tim, a 17-year-old German student, had almost given up on his dream of working in the trades. His learning disability had led to rejection after rejection, leaving him feeling lost and uncertain about his future. But then he met the JOBLINGE team, who offered him tailored support and guidance. With their help, Tim landed an internship with a construction company, which eventually led to a coveted apprenticeship – a turning point that changed everything for him.
Tcherno, a 19-year-old from Guinea-Bissau, had been living in a group home in Germany since childhood. JOBLINGE's expert mentors helped him explore various technical careers, and he soon discovered a passion for electronics. Together, they refined his application materials and submitted over 20 applications. Tcherno's determination paid off when he received not one, but two offers of apprenticeships as an electronics technician – a breakthrough moment that filled him with pride and purpose.
Kristina, a 23-year-old Ukrainian, had spent over a year searching for an IT apprenticeship, facing disappointment at every turn. However, JOBLINGE's targeted coaching and creative problem-solving helped her uncover a new passion for electronics. With optimised documents and intensive preparation, Kristina secured a job interview within three days – and was accepted two weeks later.
